The Healthy Lifestyle Service for Cambridgeshire

We are a free service for Cambridgeshire residents who are looking to make changes to their lifestyle. So, whether you want help to stop smoking, lead a more active lifestyle, lose some weight, or simply take advantage of the NHS Health Checks we offer, Healthy You – funded by Cambridgeshire County Council – can help you.

We are the new provider of the Healthy You services starting from the 1st December 2025.

Peterborough:

As of the 1st November 2025, the Stop Smoking Service will change to the new commissioned provider, Greater Peterborough Network. Any enquiries regarding the service, please call GPN on 01733 917432, or visit their website.
