Cranberry Fizz Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 60ml cranberry juice
  • 15ml lime juice
  • Sparkling water to top
  • 1 rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Pour the cranberry juice and lime juice over the ice.
  3. Top the glass with sparkling water.
  4. Stir gently to combine all the flavours.
  5. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig for a festive presentation.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Non Alcoholic Mulled Wine

Ingredients (serves 6):

  • 500ml cranberry juice
  • 25g sugar/honey
  • Handful of frozen blackberries (optional)
  • 250ml apple juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 star anise
  • 4 cloves
  • 3 black peppercorns
  • 1 orange, quartered

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a saucepan.
  2. Heat gently until simmering. Taste for sweetness, then strain into heatproof glasses.

Lemon Drop Martini Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lemon zested, plus 15ml lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 50ml alcohol-free gin (or use water)
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp marmalade
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Combine the lemon zest and sugar on a small plate. Dip the rim of a coupe glass in water, then the sugar mixture. Set aside.
  2. Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels icy cold. Strain through a fine sieve into the prepared glass.

Pear & Honey Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 15g pear syrup
  • 140g ginger ale
  • Rosemary for garnish
  • Pear syrup for rimming
  • Sugar for rimming

Instructions:

  1. Place a small amount of sugar on a plate. Lightly coat the rim of a coupe glass with pear syrup, then dip the rim into the sugar until evenly coated.
  2. Pour the pear syrup into the coupe glass, followed by the ginger ale. Stir gently to combine the flavours.
  3. Add ice if desired, then garnish with a sprig of rosemary for a decorative and aromatic touch.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy this crisp, elegant mocktail!
