We have various programmes which you can access for free at a time and place to suit you. This is a great way to try a new activity and work at a pace that suits you.
Workout @ Home – A collection of bodyweight HIIT (high intensity interval training) and Core workouts ranging from just 10 minutes to 30 minutes in length. Choose your option based on how much time you have available!
Relax and Unwind – A collection of 6 wellbeing sessions aimed to support you to take some time to soothe, relax and refresh your mind and body. Sessions include breathwork, yoga, meditation and self-massage.
Wellbeing Yoga – Try yoga with this collection of 4 different 30 minute yoga sessions suitable for beginners with no previous experience of yoga. Sessions include yoga for relaxation, energising yoga and a chair-based yoga session.
Walk Before You Run – A 4 week programme designed to support adults who would like to start running but would first benefit from improving their cardiovascular fitness and stamina through walking.
Return to Fitness – Try eight different fitness activities aimed at beginners, a great option if you’re not sure what you’ll like and are happy to try new things! Sessions include Pilates, Bootcamp, Yoga, Strength and Stability, Strictly Dance, Aerobics, Core and Whole Body Workout.
